31DC2013 Day 10 - Gradient Nails

These pictures aren't the best, it has started to get dark outside pretty early and my camera freaks out over that, I've always taken my photos in natural light but I live in Iceland so pretty soon it will be more dark that daylight outside, maybe I should start looking at light boxes, or make my own...

So my gradient for today.

Polishes used:
KleanColor - Jasmine Night
KleanColor - Bikini Green
KleanColor - Blush Pink

This one was taken in natural light.

This is an experiment under a lamp light.

    1. Thank you! It was even more of a contrast in real life ;) The camera dulled it a bit.

  5. Really a nice look...good job! I enjoy following your blog and your creations..it would be a lot more enjoyable however if you would put in a link widget for email subscriptions...I and many others really dislike bloglovin - it's a day late getting out the email notices of what's new and I rarely have time or patience to go and use their 'reader' that is not great - it does not let you see enough of a lot of the blog - many times it does not even feature the right thumbnail that makes you want to go in and read the blog so I skip a lot of them just based on that choice bloglovin has made..plus if I am really busy, I leave that email until the very last and only go back to it IF I have time - if not it all gets dumped...and I know I am one of many - seems a lot of folks went to bloglovin when Google reader was removed...I am not a big fan of readers nor am I a fan of staying inside one site to read all my blogs...RSS readers I used to think were good until I found most did not work across all devices and platforms...email is the one thing that does work through any device or platform. Don't mean to tell you how to do your blog but I am sure you would collect a lot more readers if you did add a widget for follow via email..feedburner is one many folks use and requires nothing from the blogger to have to approve or deal with. Not sure what host you use for your blog and know some are harder to configure then others...but there are a few different types of widgets for email options out there. Anyhow..been meaning to take the time to comment - I would love, love to pull your blog and a lot of other good ones off my follow via bloglovin! Bloglovin also has a horrible interface for cust. service...when I have had problems seems they get back to me but there is nothing they ever can do but say to wait or try a different brower...most of the time it's been a 'yes we know that is an issue and it's affecting some of our servers but we don't know when we will get it fixed.' last time I had a big prob with bloglovin nothing appeared at all when I would link off the dashboard or the links to blogs in the email notice and that went on for well over 1.5 weeks! Wow...and all they could say was they knew it was an issue for a lot of subscribers and they had a bank of bad servers? Gosh - that's the entire business they are in - you would think they could troubleshoot faster then 1.5 weeks! Anyhow...I think ya get the message about how icky I think Bloglovin is.

    1. Thank you, glad you like my mani:) And thank you for pointing out the "follow by email" widget was a good idea, I wasn't even aware I didn't have one so that has been taken care of ;) I'm sorry that you've had such a mean experience with Bloglovin, it has worked so far pretty well for me but I understand what you mean and it sucks when nothing works out the way it's supposed to.
