OMD 31 Day Challenge - Day 6 - Neon

So I colored my hair yesterday, It was blonde/white with orange tips, now it's blond/white with blue tips :)
I love changing my hair color, it's like going on an adventure, it could go horribly wrong or
it could come out amazing and then you have this sense of change, of newness even though
nothing in particular has changed.
And if it goes wrong your hair will grow out or it can be colored again.

Okay so on to the OMD 31 Day Challenge Giveaway!
It's day 6 and today's theme is Neon.

Polishes used:
Alessandro - Yummy Yellow
China Glaze - I'm With The Lifeguard
Essie - Peach Daiquiri

Yummy Yellow is a CRAZY neon yellow creme color, it took 2 medium thick coats to get it opaque and the consistency was fine, had no problems with it. The only thing weird is that in the bottle it looks like the yellow and the white have seperated but when I applied it on the nails it was fine.

So hope you all enjoy your Saturday and have a happy weekend.
Skál!

  1. Really fun neon manicure! I really want to go lighter in my hair color. Can you believe that I've never dyed my hair once at all?

    1. Wow! Never? That is impressive :) I just don't like my natural hair color (dirty blonde), I started to color it when I was 15 and have tried almost every color imaginable :p

  2. We both did gradients! I like yours better though, I'm still getting the hang of them. :)

    1. Great! I have to go check yours out :) I have trouble with gradients, this one came out better than I hoped.

  3. Pretty pretty! I've always liked the orange-yellow-green trio, it's just so fresh-looking.
I've been fake red for a little over a year and a half and if I wasn't to averse to bleaching I'd go more extreme, but I really do love it the way it is. Last night, though, I was toying with the idea of going back to my natural brunette and doing some caramel high and lowlights. I never would've thought about it before, but you're absolutely right, coloring your hair is totally an adventure! :)

    1. Thank you, yes the color combo is so summer like :) I've just recently tried bleaching my hair, not as bad as I thought, you have to take extra care of your hair otherwise it gets really dry and damaged looking. Once in a while it's good to go back to your original color to see if maybe you've made peace with it and liked it ;)

  4. It's really hard to blend such different colors but they look really good together! I've stopped counting how many different colors I've had on my hair ;) Right now it's a warm dark hazel brown color but my natural color is dark blond :)

    1. Yes, I think so too, experiment is key! My natural hair color is this dirty blonde that hasn't really any color and I so don't like that :(
