OMD 31 Day Challenge Day 9 - Textured

I scheduled this post to see if it works because I won't be near a computer over the weekend and I plan to just schedule them. Hope it works.

I layered crackle polishes over textured polishes and I really like how this turned out :)

Step Into Summer Challenge - 3D

I had a really tough time finding inspiration for this one, I don't have any 3D nail decorations so I didn't know what to do. Someone in the Hobby Polish Bloggers group on Facebook had the same problem and asked for suggestions, she got tons of answers, someone suggested textured polishes and I jumped for it!

My only two textured polishes OPI - Stay The Night and OPI - Magazine Cover Mouse.

The gradient isn't perfect but I like it! I found it a little hard to do a gradient with textured polishes and the cleanup was almost painful, I got a little frustrated with it... >.<

So three down, five to go, I have to step up my game!!

I went and ordered some 3D nail decorations and was hoping to get them before I decided to use the textured polishes, the irony is that while I was typing this post I hear the delivery man putting my package with the stuff through my mail hatch (do you say hatch?).

Well off to smell the grass!!
